Math Announcements Professional Development Opportunities for Elementary MathMaking Math Meaningful Workshop Series ❉ Get In Touch with Technology Using enVisionMATH for Beginner and Intermediate Users, K-‐5 February 6, 2012 ERO MATH4101 (Beginner-‐-‐SRN 2012410114 or Intermediate SRN 2012410113) In the Beginner session, you will learn how to enter your class and give your children access to their book online at school, at home, or anywhere they may have internet access. Come to the Intermediate session to find out how to, assign lessons, quizzes, and view the reports that go with them. Also, time permitting, we will go over the steps to generate tests and show how to take them online. ❉ Using the TI-‐15 in grades 4 and 5 We’ll explore the fraction functions and how this calculator can be used for so much more! ❉ Make It Take It Make it and take away ideas to engage students in their learning, support the topics you are about to teach, and review for TCAP. This site was developed to support the implementation of the new Tennessee Mathematics and Science Standards.
TheTennessee Electronic Learning Center (TnELC), the Tennessee Department of Education’s
latest educational advancement for students, parents, and teachers.
Resources include, but are not limited to Podcasts centered around various hard-to-teach SPIs in grades 3 through 8.
